The HV rectifier transformer is a component of the high-voltage inverter and plays a key role. An important technology in high-voltage variable frequency speed control technology is multiplex technology. It uses an isolation transformer to superimpose (series) multiple low-voltage modules to form a high-voltage output, which is mainly composed of multiple low-voltage power units and control units. The power unit is powered by a frequency converter of the multi-winding isolation transformer. The multi-winding isolation transformer has a phase difference between the secondary coils, and the input multiplexing is performed, thereby eliminating the pollution of the grid generated by the harmonics generated by each unit. This isolating transformer is called a phase shifting rectifier transformer, also called HV rectifier transformer.
