What is a distribution transformer?

According to the different classification of insulating medium:

Non-enclosed oil-immersed transformers such as S8, S9, S10 series, are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture and civil buildings. Enclosed and sealed oil-immersed transformers are mostly used in special environments such as petroleum and chemical industries.
Dry transformer: This kind of transformer is divided into wrapped coil dry transformer according to the insulation medium, and suitable for high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, stations, hospitals, factories and other places.
According to the different pressure regulation methods:
No-load regulating transformer: This kind of transformer can not adjust the tap in operation, and usually needs power failure to adjust.
On-load regulating transformer: It can adjust the tap under load and is suitable for areas with large voltage fluctuations.
